Resumen This Decree amends the Regulation of the National Council for Sustainable Development (CONDES). Amendments deal with the new composition of the CONDES which is chaired by the Minister of Land, Environment and Rural Development and has the following composition: a) Representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; b) Representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security; c) Representative of the Ministry of Transport and Communications; d) Representative of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing; e) Representative of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; f) Representative of the Ministry of the Sea, Inland Waters and Fisheries; g) Representative of the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy; h) Representative of the Ministry of Education and Human Development; i) Representative of the Ministry of State Administration and Public Administration; j) Three individuals nominated by the Minister of Land, Environment and Rural Development; k) Three representatives of academic institutions; l) Three representatives of civil society organizations and the private sector.
