Decree No. 182 of the Cabinet of Ministers regulating payment of water charges for water supply to irrigated agriculture.

This Decree establishes the terms and conditions of payment of water charges to the state water supplying organizations to the enterprises and organizations of the irrigated agriculture sector. Water supply for irrigated agriculture shall be charged in accordance with water use contracts. The contractual tariffs shall be of two types: (a) fixed tariff that shall be applicable to the areas with constant and stable annual water consumption for irrigation and other needs calculated in cubic metres and (b) combined tariff that shall be applicable to the areas with considerable variation of water need during the vegetation period and it shall be calculated by adding cubic metres of water supply and the irrigated area calculated in hectares.
