Resumen

This Decree establishes the requirements for equipment, installations and maintenance of enterprises of macaroni products industry. The scope of this Decree shall be to ensure safety and quality of macaroni products. Its shall be taken into consideration by state standards and technical rules and regulations setting terms and conditions of production cycle, technological processes and production control at enterprises of macaroni products industry. Product range and factory load must comply with production capacity and must be coordinated with the state sanitary supervision bodies. Technological equipment and packaging materials shall be manufactured with the use of materials authorized for contact with foodstuffs. Raw materials must comply with sanitary and hygienic safety requirements subject to state hygienic registration and certification attesting quality and safety thereof.
