Resumen

The text is divided into 3 Chapters: Chapter I specifies conditions of participation in fishing for North Sea herring south of the 62nd parallel for vessels under 27,50 meters of length in Group I that fish with purse seine or beach seine, whereas Chapter II specifies conditions of participation for vessels that fish under 27,50 meters of length that fish with purse seine, beach seine or nets in Group II. One of the conditions of Group I vessels is previous participation in the year 2005. General criteria regard the registration of the vessel and its characteristics and inclusion in the Fishermen's Census. Chapter III prescribes that offences shall be punished pursuant to section 29 of Act No. 15 of 1999 relative to the right to participate in fishery and hunting of marine animals.
