Resumen

This Decree provides for loans, guarantees and subsidies of SND, counties and municipalities to the fisheries fleet, fisheries industry and other sea related activities and participation by SND in the capital of companies working in the sector. Section 2 outlines the objectives of aid including sustainable development of the sea industry. The Department of Fisheries may issue directives relative to fisheries policy (sect. 3) and may establish advisory committees (sect. 4). The Department may also request assistance from regional fisheries administrations (sect. 5).
