This Decree enters into force on 10 November, 1999.

Resumen

This Decree aims at the prevention of spreading of the West Nile Fever virus and for that reason lays down requirements for health certificates accompanying animals of the equine species form the United States of America. The Decree refers to Measure 1999/839/EC as laid down in Annex I of the EEA Agreement.
