Decree No. 1061336081 of the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan on 5 July 2017 for the abolition of "Directions for Fishing Vessels Catching Southern Bluefin Tuna in the Indian, Pacific, or Atlantic Ocean", etc.

This Decree repeals "Directions for Fishing Vessels Catching Southern Bluefin Tuna in the Indian, Pacific, or Atlantic Ocean", "Directions for Fishing Vessels Catching Southern Bluefin Tuna in the Indian, Pacific or Atlantic Oceans in 2013", "Directions for Fishing Vessels Catching Southern Bluefin Tuna in the Indian, Pacific or Atlantic Oceans in 2012", "Directions for Fishing Vessels Catching Southern Bluefin Tuna in the Indian, Pacific or Atlantic Oceans in 2011", "Directions for Application and Granting of CCSBT Southern Bluefin Tuna Catch Document", "Operation Directions for Applying and Granting Bluefin Tuna Statistical Document for Catch of Fishing Vessels Operating in Foreign Fishing Base or under Fishing Cooperation with Foreign States" and "Directions for Validity Period of CCSBT Southern Bluefin Tuna Statistical Document".
