Resumen

This Decree repeals 38 Directions including the Directions for Fishing Vessels over 100 Gross Registered Tonnages Catching Tuna and Tuna-like Species in the Pacific Ocean in 2010, the Directions for Fishing Vessels over 100 Gross Registered Tonnages Catching Tuna and Tuna-like Species in the Pacific Ocean in 2009, the Directions for Fishing Vessels over 100 Gross Registered Tonnages Catching Tuna and Tuna-like Species in the Pacific Ocean in 2008, the Directions for Tuna Longline Fishing Vessels Except Those Targeting Albacore in the Atlantic Ocean in 2005, the Directions on Assigned Season Closed for Squid Jigging Fishery in the Southwestern Atlantic Ocean and Saury Torch Light Net Fishery in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean, the Directions on Assigned Season Closed for Squid Jigging Fishery in the Southwestern Atlantic Ocean and Saury Torch Light Net Fishery in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean in 2008, the Directions on Mandatory Season Closed for Deep Sea Trawling Vessels in 2007, etc.
