This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication.

Resumen

This Decree, consisting of 8 articles and two Tables, approves the agreement of the Licence "Formosa" Block 3, between the National Oil Research and Exploitation Agency and the foreign Commercial Society General Petroleum Africa - PETROGUIN, Ltd. It regulates concession to PETROGUIN for exploitation, research, processing and trade of oil. Tables list the geographical coordinates Turning Point for this Block 3.
