Entry into force notes

This Decree enters into force on 25 June 2014.

Resumen

This Decree Law, considering the extraordinary need and urgency to adopt the provisions aimed at coordinating the control system and administrative procedures; to provide for provisions aimed at food security for citizens; to adopt the provisions aimed at relaunch the national agricultural sector, here stipulates several urgent provisions such as: inspections for agriculture companies, establishment of the single register of such inspections, implementation of additional businesses agricultural practices and the strengthening of various agribusiness rules (all aimed at guaranteeing the access to information on performed controls; food safety); This Decree further sets various provisions regrading the: promotion of several Italian products, agricultural operators and their conditions; urgent interventions for the energy efficiency of buildings (scholastic and university); extraordinary measures to accelerate the use of resources for the execution of urgent and priority actions for mitigation of the hydrogeological risks; urgent measures for the protection of animal species, control of the alien species and the defense of the sea; and many other as listed in the text.
