Resumen This Decree is composed of 23 articles and two Annexes. It defines and regulates the characteristics required for the import, commercialization, processing, analysis, labelling and quality control of wheat flour, either imported or produced at national level, used for bread-making and for industrial as well as cooking purposes. In particular, it provides a classification of wheat flour according to its uses and defines, for each one, the related labelling procedures. Moreover, it regulates the admitted additives as well as the pesticides residues. Finally, it defines analysis methods, quality control as well as transport and storage requirements. The Annexes provide wheat flour technical requirements according to its domestic or industrial use.
