This Decree-Law enters into force on 1 August 2004; Annex E enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Resumen

This Decree-Law, composed of 23 articles and 5 annexes, introduces in the national legal order the EC Council Directive No. 88/407/CEE as amended by Directive No. 2003/43/CE laying down the animal health requirements applicable to intra-Community trade in and imports of deep-frozen semen of domestic animals of the bovine species. In particular, the Decree-Law rules on: certification procedures, control measures, Third Countries’ import requirements, and sanctions.
