This Decree enters into force on 15 November 2011.

Resumen

This Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of 13 articles and four Annexes, establishes provisions relating to the promotion of energy from renewable sources: (a) method of calculating the amount of energy from renewable sources, (b) method of calculating national target set out in the National action plan for renewable energy; (c) conditions for accounting electrical energy generated from renewable energy sources in the country which is not a member state of the European Union; (d) the content of the report on progress in the promotion and use of renewable energy sources.
