Resumen

This Decree amends certain provisions of Ministerial Decree of 14 January 2004 in order to put it in line with the rules established under Directive 2009/97/EC. In order to be included in the national catalogue, vegetable species must fulfill distinctness, stability and conformity as prescribed under the Annex attached to Directive 2009/97/EC.
