Entry into force notes
The Decree enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Resumen

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on measuring the amount of water introduced into public water supplies and the amount of released water, on way of calculating the amount of released waste waters and waters from surface drains and on water meters of water consumption. In particular the present Decree amends the procedure of measuring the amount of wastewater discharged into the public sewer system (replaced art. 5) and the procedure of measuring water from surface drains (amended art. 6).
