Resumen The aim of the above-mentioned Act is to regulate the carriage and handling of dangerous goods. With such a view, the Minister shall designate inspectors who may, at any reasonable time, stop, enter and inspect any means of transportation and inspect any facility, if they have reasonable grounds to believe that dangerous goods are being handled. However, it should be noted that an inspector may not enter a dwelling place except with the consent of the occupant or under the authority of a warrant. Where an inspector believes on reasonable grounds that any dangerous goods are being handled in a manner that does not comply with this Act, he may detain such goods until satisfied that they will be dealt with in compliance with this Act.
