Entry into force notes: The Regulation enters into force on 15 January 2014. It applies as from 1 January 2014.

Resumen: This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities for 2014 for turbot and sprat in the Black Sea. The Annex specifies related Total Allowable Catches and allocated quotas, as well as conditions functionally linked thereto. These provisions apply to European Union fishing vessels operating in the Black Sea.
