Resumen

In Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be replaced: "Where a Member State considers that its territory or part of its territory is free from one of the diseases listed in Annex A, it shall submit to the Commission appropriate justifications setting out: the name of the disease and the previous history of its occurrence, the results of surveillance testing based on serological, virological, microbiological or pathological findings, or identification of the parasite, as appropriate, the period over which the surveillance was carried out, the control arrangements for verifying that the area concerned remains free from the disease."
