Resumen

With a view to encouraging a close cooperation among Member States in matters of plant health, the present Decision provides for the setting up of a Standing Committee on Plant Health, which shall carry out the functions delegated to it by the measures adopted by the Council in respect of plant health. It shall further be entitled to examine any other question arising within the scope of those measures.
