Resumen These Regulations prohibit the sale, offer or exposure for sale in Scotland of any salmon that has been taken using a rod and line (reg. 2). "Salmon" means all migratory fish of the species Salmo salar and Salmo trutta commonly known as salmon and sea trout. It also includes parts of any such fish. Provision is made in section 10B of the Salmon Act 1986 Act applying powers of enforcement, entry, search and arrest to water bailiffs, constables and persons appointed by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of the enforcement of the prohibition imposed by these Regulations.
