Resumen: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for redfish in NAFO 3M area by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Latvia. The prohibition applies as from 10 September 2012. Further it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
