Resumen: Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for Hake in European Union waters of IIa and IV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands. Further it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 17 August 2012.
