Resumen

This Regulation replaces Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005, which lays down the list of products of plant and animal origin to which the maximum residue levels of pesticides established in that Regulation apply. For purposes of clarity, the new structure of the Annex consists of two parts: A) Products of plant and animal origin referred to in article 2(1) to which MRLs apply; B) Other products referred to in article 2(1).
