Commission Regulation (EU) No. 339/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for blue ling in the Union and international waters of Vb, VI, VII by vessels flying the flag of Spain.

The fishing quota allocated to Spain for fishing for blue ling in the European Union and international waters of Vb, VI, VII is hereby deemed to be exhausted as from 10 March 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock to fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
