Commission Regulation (EU) No. 106/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for skates and rays in EU waters of VIId by vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands.

The fishing quota allocated to the Netherlands for fishing for skates and rays in European Union waters of VIId is deemed to be exhausted as from 10 December 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock from that date to fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
