The Regulation shall enter into force on 28 July 2003.
Resumen

This Regulation supplements and amends Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 making provision in matter of export and import of dangerous chemicals. The list of chemicals subject to export notification procedure contained in Part I of Annex I is supplemented as follows: the entries referred to in paragraph a) of point 1 of the Annex hereto shall be added. Further, the entries for methyl parathion and for monocrotophos shall be replaced by those referred to in paragraphs b) and c) of the same point. Part II of Annex I to Regulation 304/2003/EC, containing the list of chemicals qualifying for Prior Informed Consent notification, is supplemented and amended too, as set out in point 2 of the Annex hereto. Lastly, the pesticide monocrotophos is added to Part III of Annex I to Regulation 304/2003/EC, which lays down the list of chemicals subject to the Prior Informed Consent procedure under the Rotterdam Convention.
