Resumen

The Commission hereby recommends to Member States to carry out during the year 2003 inspections and controls including, where indicated, taking samples and analysing such samples in laboratories, for the following purposes: (a) monitoring that olive oils are clearly and correctly labelled according to Community rules; (b) assessing the safety of certain fishery products. Member States should provide information as requested and in accordance with the format of the record sheets contained in the Annex hereto so as to help enhance the comparability of results.
