Entry into force notes: This Regulation enters into force on 21 December 2013 and it applies as from 31 December 2013.

Resumen: By virtue of stated insufficient availability of organic juveniles and shellfish seed on the market to comply with the requirements of articles 25e and 25o of Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 (which concerns organic production), the present Regulation postpones the application of the percentage provided for in article 25e(3) and the third subparagraph of 25(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 by one year until 31 December 2014. It is therefore stipulated that maximum percentage of non-organic aquaculture juveniles introduced to the farm shall be 80 percent by 31 December 2011, 50 percent by 31 December 2014 and 0 percent by 31 December 2015.
