Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Resumen

This Regulation makes amendments in the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/405 by amending Article 20(6) regarding the consignments of treated raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen; replacing Annex-I by the text set out in Annex I to this Regulation; amending Annex VIII in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation; and amending Annex IX in accordance with Annex III to this Regulation. Article 3 of this Regulation lays down transitional provisions regarding the consignments of shelf-stable composite products manufactured from processed milk products from Member States or third countries.
