Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 28 January 2022.

Resumen

This Regulation lays down rules for the data collection and reporting on the volume of sales and use of veterinary antimicrobial medicinal products to the Agency; obligations of Member States, including data quality requirements; obligations of the Agency, such as making available protocols and templates for data reporting in order to assist the Member States; methods for collecting and reporting to the Agency data on the volume of sales and use of veterinary antimicrobial medicinal products; and data collection on use for food-producing animal species which are listed in Article Article 15.
