Resumen

Following the evolution of the avian influenza in Asia, there are hereby laid down particular amendments to Decision 2005/464/EC, which provides for the implementation of surveys for avian inlfuenza in poultry and wild birds within the Member States. Part D of the Annex shall be replaced by the text laid down in the Annex hereto, relating to survey for avian influenza in wild birds. Moreover, a list of wild bird spcies presenting higher risk in relation to avian influenza is inserted.
