Resumen The present Regulations enact the Agri-Food Act, 2004. The purposes of the plan are the following: a) to control and regulate the production and marketing of eggs in Saskatchewan; b) to maintain a fair, stable price for eggs in Saskatchewan; c) to initiate, support and conduct studies and research connected with the production, marketing or production and marketing of eggs, including studies and research respecting consumer demand for eggs; d) to initiate, support and conduct activities to promote the production, marketing or production and marketing of eggs in Saskatchewan; e) to co-operate with the Governments of Saskatchewan and of Canada and with any authorized body to market eggs or to promote, facilitate, control, regulate or prohibit the production or marketing of eggs. The plan applies: a) throughout Saskatchewan; and b) to every person engaged in the production and marketing of eggs in Saskatchewan.
