Under section 4(2) of the Coffee Marketing Act of 1984, it is hereby directed that for the whole coffee buying season that: (a) the Coffee Marketing Board shall not license any individual buyer or exporter of coffee in relation to coffee originating in specified Kagera Unions; (b) coffee of specified districts shall be sold by farmers only to Kagera Cooperative societies or to the specified Kagera Unions.
