Resumen

The aim of the present Federal Act is to contribute to the realisation of sustainable energy development and to reduce the CO2 emission. For this purpose the Climate and Energy Fund is established with its headquarters in Vienna. The particular tasks of this Fund is to give financial support to research in sustainable energy technologies and climate conditions; to promote projects in the transportation of persons and in mobility in general; to promote environment and climate-friendly projects. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Climate and Energy Fund (II); Functions of the Fund (III); Final provisions (IV).
