No person shall process any citrus except in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence issued to him by the Board (sect. 4). No processor shall purchase or take delivery of any citrus except from a producer and in accordance with the terms and conditions of such producer’s licence (sect. 7). Powers and duties of the Board are set out in section 16. There is created a body corporate by the name of the Citrus Growers’ Association under section 19. The Association shall promote the growing of citrus and pursue other objectives set out in section 20. A Harvest Committee is established under section 39.
