Resumen

Overseas food manufacturing enterprises which exporting dairy products to China shall be registered by the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection (AQSIQ ). AQSIQ shall adjust the scope of dairy products applicable to the Administrative Measures for Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Imported and Exported Dairy Products in accordance with the change of national laws and regulations and food safety standards and make announcement in AQSIQ. The Announcement further provides for the requirements of testing reports to be submitted by the dairy product importers and their agencies. Annex 1 lists the categories of imported dairy products which need to go through the quarantine examination and approval procedures for the quarantine licenses.
