Chapter 10 of Title 34 of the Pohnpei State Code - Water and Sanitation Finances.

This Chapter provides for the establishment of the Water and Sanitation Services Development Fund and otherwise provides financial arrangements for the development of an island-wide water system that delivers safe drinking water and that safely carries away waste water. The system shall be developed by the Pohnpei Utilities Corporation in a manner that will safeguard the environment and maintain the ecological balances of the water resources of the state.
