An application for a Certificate shall be in Form A. Where the Authority determines that an EIA is required it shall consult with the applicant on the Terms of Reference of such assessment and submit the draft terms to the applicant who may request modification. Regulation 7 concerns the granting of certificates. The Authority shall establish a National register of Certificates of Environmental Clearance (reg. 8), which may be accessed by the public (reg. 9).
