The Caribbean Food Corporation shall in the territory of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines be deemed to be a judicial person and may, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be imposed, exercise its rights in accordance with article 3 of the Agreement. The Corporation shall have as its objectives the production, processing, packing, storage, transportation, distribution and marketing of food.
