Caribbean Food Corporation Act (No. 16 of 1981).

This Act makes provision for the implementation in Antigua and Barbuda of the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Food Corporation. It defines the status of the Corporation under Antigua and Barbuda law and provides for the financing of the Corporation. The Act also grants powers to the Minister to make provisions consequential, supplemental or ancillary to any amendment made to the Agreement.
