F-4). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the marketing of eggs. Section 4 establishes that no producer shall market eggs in interprovincial or export trade unless: a) a federal quota, egg for processing quota, export market development quota or vaccine quota has been allotted to the producer, on behalf of the Agency, by the Commodity Board of the province in which the producer’s egg production facilities are located.
