The text – consisting of 21 sections deals, inter alia, with the following matters: coordination of the Agreement, preliminary consultations, determination of environmental assessment responsibilities, cooperative environmental assessments, Joint Review Panel, coordination of decisions and announcements, sharing of expertise, relationship between this Agreement and aboriginal peoples, transboundary considerations, resolution of disputes between the parties and duration of the agreement.
