Botswana Tourism Organisation Regulations (Chapter 42:10).

These Regulations, made under section 36 of the Botswana Tourism Organisation Act, concern grading of tourism enterprises. They, among other things: prescribe the form of application for grading; require Botswana Tourism to grade the tourist enterprise in accordance with the grades specified in Part A of Schedule II; and set out the conditions of grading certificate that a tourist enterprise shall comply with.
