Notification of infections must be reported to the Government, eventual preventive vaccinations and inoculations may be disposed for by the Veterinary Assistant, as also treatment or disposal of the affected animals. No infected or diseased animal shall be sold or given to another person or taken to any marketplace, exhibition or fair or allowed to stand between other animals whatsoever.
