Section (1) gives definitions. Section 1(a) establishes that a sheep holder must inform the government veterinarian doctor, in the months of January, April, July and October of each year, about the number of female sheep, of two months age, belonging to his herds, and shall establish an immunization date for those sheep. Had sheep been immunized, marking shall be operated on those sheep. The holding of elder than six months female sheep is prohibited unless immunized. Section 2 deals with disease notification. Had infected sheep been found, the veterinarian doctor must immediately inform the owner of the sheep and the government veterinarian doctor of that area. The holder of sheep that has found infected animals in his herd must separate them from healthy animals and immediately inform the government veterinarian doctor of that area. Section 3 provides for tests, examination and marking procedures. Section 3(a) establishes taxes for veterinarian tests. Section 4 provides for veterinarian certification and taxes regarding its issuance. Section 5 gives powers to the government veterinarian doctor and to an inspector to proceed with marking of an infected animal. Section 6 deals with infected area procedures. Section 7 the government veterinarian doctor has the power to order the slaughtering of an infected animal.
