Resumen

These Regulations make amendments to EU Regulations in the field of zootechnical and genealogical conditions relating to pure-bred breeding animals and hybrid breeding pigs and the germinal products of these animals. They are made in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
