The government is empowered to fix sliding rates for each year effective for three years in respect of the selling price of the forest produce to be supplied under any lease, agreement of arrangement. The Act provides for mechanism for recovery of dues and constitutes the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Plantation Fund for purposes of raising of industrial plantations, afforestation and connected matters.
