In particular, the purpose of the present Agreement is to transfer control over Crown lands and natural resources to the Province of Alberta. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule containing the Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the Province of Alberta. The Agreement deals with the transfer of the following issues: transfer of public lands generally, school lands funds and school lands, water, fisheries, Indian reserves, national parks, seed, grains, historic sites, birds, sanctuaries.
