Resumen The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order grants to the Commodity Board the authority to regulate the marketing of chickens in interprovincial and export trade in Alberta. Furthermore, the Commodity Board is empowered to fix and impose levies or charges on chicken or any component of chicken and collect those levies or charges from persons who, within the Province of Alberta, are engaged in the production or marketing of chicken and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose.The text consists of 5 sections.
