Resumen

This Regulation consists of 22 sections and contains provisions on licences for canola dealers. Licences are granted by the Alberta Canola Producers Commission for one year and dealers are required to report to the Commission on the amount of regulated product marketed and to provide any other information relating to production and marketing of the product, if the Commission so requires. Service charges, set by the Commission, are collected by dealers and, under section 17, the Commission may in writing require that a dealer produce for the Commission's inspection any record in the possession or under the control of the dealer that relates to the collection of service charges by the dealer.
